Nordic Naturals
Construction is near completion on the new warehouse and distribution center for Nordic Naturals in Watsonville, CA. This is a LEED project, targeting LEED Gold certification. The concrete tilt-up building consists of 43,000 square feet of office space and 44,000 square feet of warehouse, totaling 87,000 square feet. It is a Design-Build project, styled to resemble a Nordic fishing village.
