Andrew has almost 40 years of experience, and has been CEO of Ausonio Incorporated for the past 30 years. His hands-on project management experience, gives him the understanding needed to meet all client expectations from a high-level viewpoint. As an Ausonio, Andrew believes in the importance of giving back to the community and is involved with various organizations.

Sam has over 20 years of experience and is currently serving as a senior project manager, overseeing the firm’s staff in order to ensure successful projects and set consistent goals for success. Sam excels in contracting, budget and schedule management as well as handling project and client expectations with finesse and ease.

Alan has 30 years of experience in the Construction industry and as an Ausonio Incorporated representative, his project specific responsibilities include: maintaining daily field operations, labor and material tracking, site inspections for safety, subcontractor coordination, and most importantly: completing projects on time, on budget, to the client’s satisfaction.

Alex is a Project Engineer for Ausonio Incorporated and has been with the firm since April 2024. He has about 9 months of construction experience in Commercial as well as Public/Private projects. Alex has experience in bidding, job walks, RFI’s, drafting subcontracts, purchase orders, submittals, estimates, change orders, warranty and with the close-out process.

Andy is an Ausonio Incorporated representative with project specific responsibilities including, but not limited to: maintaining daily field operations, labor and material tracking, site inspections for safety, subcontractor coordination, and most importantly: completing projects on time, on budget, to the client’s satisfaction.

Angel has 14 years of construction experience in all types of construction projects. Angel is responsible for RFI’s, Submittals, Close-Out, Bidding Procedures, Scheduling, Contracts, Change Orders, Daily Logs, Trade Coordination, Sub Supervision/Management, & Enforcing Safety Protocol.

Brian is a thorough, organized project manager with diverse experience, including utilities, public, education, municipal, and transportation projects. He is a leader within Ausonio in managing project controls and providing training and development to others both within and outside the firm. His technical expertise and clear communication style allow him to translate complicated engineering issues to everyday terms. Brian’s affinity for projects that benefit the public make him a conscientious, committed project manager who ensures a smooth and efficient project delivery.

Bryan is a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with over six months of experience in the construction industry, specializing in managing project life-cycles and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Strong team-building, communication, and listening skills, combined with the ability to foster collaboration between project stakeholders. Adept at problem-solving and ensuring smooth coordination between field and office teams. Committed to safety, operational excellence, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Cameron is a project engineer whose expert control of project documents and contract coordination makes him an excellent asset to any project.

Diane is a Project Manager for Ausonio Incorporated and has been with the firm since 2022. She has 24 years of construction experience and is an experienced professional with a strong background in facilities management, project management, and construction management. Responsible for building renovation and site improvement projects, primarily at Monterey Peninsula College.

Dustin has worked on public contracts in the construction management role since graduating college. In his current role with Ausonio, he is overseeing theBond Program at Monterey Peninsula Community College. Dustin works with clients and project teams with a collaborative approach to effectively deliver successful products. His extensive knowledge of the public works and education facilities will bring value to any project.

Eric is an Ausonio Incorporated representative with project specific responsibilities including, but not limited to: maintaining daily field operations, labor and material tracking, site inspections for safety, subcontractor coordination, and most importantly: completing projects on time, on budget, to the client’s satisfaction.

Gerardo is an experienced journeyman carpenter recently turned assistant project manager for Ausonio. His knowledge of field procedure and construction process make him an integral part of the CM team, as he is able to quickly identify and mitigate issues as they arise, and offer insight into the process.

Jennifer is a results-driven and passionate professional with 20+ years of expertise in team leadership, project management, financial planning, and facilities maintenance. As a forward-thinking & adaptable communicator, Jennifer fosters relationships with staff, contractors, and other stakeholders to build effective solutions and navigate all phases of large-scale projects. Her strategic problem-solving skills aid in successfully balancing competing priorities to achieve customer satisfaction.

Jennifer Ramirez is a Payroll Admin/AP Specialist for Ausonio Incorporated and has been with the firm since 2024. She has 5 months of construction experience in commercial and residential, as well as public and private projects. Jennifer is responsible for payroll data entry, processing payroll & accounts payable.

Jill is a dedicated, results-oriented professional with over 15 years of administrative and coordination experience within the technology services and engineering consulting industries. Proven experience as an effective communicator and multi-tasker with expertise in streamlining policies and processes, organization and coordination, implementing creative solutions, budget management, troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Jimmy is an assistant project manager for Ausonio Incorporated and has been with the firm sin June 2016. He has 6 years construction experience in both commercial and residential projects in public, private, and job order contracts. Jimmy is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery through logistical management of project documents, submittals, budget, schedule and correspondence. Jimmy is instrumental in every step of the subcontractor bid process and has extensive experience in OSHPD and public projects.

Kate is a proud graduate of California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB) with a passion for marketing. Her enthusiasm for this field is driven by her previous experience in advertising sales, where she gained valuable insights into local businesses and their marketing strategies. Kate is excited to bring her knowledge and skills to Ausonio and contribute to this dynamic team.

Marite Marlow is the Chief Financial Officer for Ausonio Incorporated and has been with the firm since 2024. She has 17 years with demonstrated construction accounting experience in commercial industrial engineering for public and private projects including Fortune 500 construction companies, plus contract management. Marite is responsible for managing financial operations, human resources and information Technology. Marite is a hands-on CFO handling construction WIP, Budgets, forecasting and job cost analysis and treasury management. Spearheaded project management ERP system upgrades to enhance efficiency for finance and project management team.

Mike is a solutions-driven team player and is an amazing asset to any Ausonio project. He is responsible for all on site operations, trade partner management, and is quick to offer solutions to complex field issues that may arise.

Pam is a Project Manager with Ausonio Incorporated and has been in the Construction Industry for almost 30 years. She is a dedicated, team-focused and results-based team member that values collaboration and client satisfaction over everything.

Rhonda has over 22 years’ experience in the construction industry, with varied experience including health care facilities with OSPHD requirements, and LEED certified projects, including Chartwell School, Carpenter’sUnion Local 605 offices and Monterey College of Law. She is responsible for owner contracts, negotiation, project team interface, management of administrative data, subcontract administration, RFI process, change orders (to owners and subcontractors) submittals, planning, field interaction, problem-solving, ensuring the successful outcome of selected projects and leading the administrative construction efforts. Rhonda is knowledgeable in all areas of administrative operation, including organization and flow of bidding process.

Rick is an Ausonio foreman and has been with the company for 10 years. He is an excellent asset to any team. He is responsible for all onsite operations, trade partner management and coordination.

Roxanne is a Project Engineer for Ausonio Incorporated and has been with the firm since 2018. She has three years of construction experience in both commercial and residential, as well as public and private projects. Roxanne is responsible for the logistical management of project documents from the bid phase through completion. She has experience in all phases of the construction process including bidding, RFIs, subcontracts, purchase orders, submittals, change orders, warranty and close-out.

Ryan is responsible for RFI’s, Submittals, Close-Out, Bidding Procedures, Scheduling, Contracts, and Change Orders. He is a valued member of the Ausonio team.

Shaun Quedou is a Foreman for Ausonio Incorporated and has been with the firm since 2021 starting out as an apprentice. He has 8 years of construction experience in Commercial Construction, 3 years with Ausonio, as well as Public and Private projects. Shaun is responsible for quality control, scheduling and safety.

Steve has been a valued Ausonio employee since 2021: He is a result focused professional specializing in all aspects of remodeling and construction with a competitive spirit, a high degree of flexibility, and a tolerance for change. Steve has proven to be extremely focused on overseeing multiple projects, and ensuring that policies and procedures are followed while staying under budget and finishing the projects on or before schedule.

Taryn has been a valued Ausonio employee since 2021, some duties include: Logistical management of project documents from the bid phase through completion. Tatiana is a project accountant for Ausonio Inc and has been with the company since2018. Her passion for numbers and of a job well-done make her an incredible asset to any project team.

Tim is an assistant project manager that was hired in December of 2024 and has 5 years of experience in heavy infrastructure construction. Tim is ardent about creating smooth and efficient projects where all project stakeholders are working together to create a successful product.

Tony joined Ausonio in 2021 as a Project Foreman but has been in the industry since 2006. Tony has extensive experience in agricultural commercial projects, hospitals, schools, and residential construction. He is responsible for all field operations, scheduling and safety on site and is an excellent addition to any project team.

Troy has been in the construction industry for over 35 years with an extensive back ground in OSHPD, DSA, public and private commercial projects ranging from Design Build, Design Assist, Job Order Contracts, to bid build projects. He is passionate about building and loves the process. He believes no matter what type of contract he is working with that building a team atmosphere is the best way to achieve project goals.
