Metal warehouse/seed processing facility has a 2-story 10,687sf wood-framed office and a 3,993 sf metal canopy which connects the new facility to the existing 19,776 sf concrete tilt-up office/warehouse building. The warehouse utilizes energy-saving skylights with sensors to adjust the lighting based on the outside light. The walls and roof are insulated panels for temperature control.
