Program and Construction Management of a new 13,000 SF single story wood frame library, new 4,900 SF resource center.

The Castroville Multi-Purpose Library, houses one of the Monterey County Free Libraries, which includes a resource center, the office of the district county supervisor, play structures, and more. Most importantly, this institution has become the hub of social connections and impressed deep communal roots amongst its members.

The Ausonio Family put much effort and commitment into this project. So much so that, in appreciation of their efforts and support, the library was named after the founder of our company, Andy Ausonio, and his wife, Nancy Ausonio sits on the board for the Monterey County Free Libraries to this day.

2008: Public Private Partnership Award from the Monterey County Business Council
This award recognized Ausonio’s role in facilitating both public and private funding sources to bring the project to fruition.
