Materials Recovery Facility 2.0 at Monterey Regional Waste Management District
Construction of both interior and exterior building improvements to existing recycling machinery called the Materials Recovery Facility 2.0 (MRF). The MRF 2.0 processes, separates and bales up to 40 plus tons of recyclable material per hour which are collected from homes and businesses throughout the Monterey Peninsula.
