Construction Management of the Monterey Conference Center, overseeing the project expertly from start to finish. This two story remodel and addition : 100,000sf convention center remodel, addition, and plaza upgrade. Reconfiguring the interior space, and construction of a new two-story glass entryway, with post tension slab and beams. Full Structural retrofit, all new high-end finishes including stainless steel, level 5 walls, and granite floors.
Program and construction management services, as well as administering miscellaneous preparation jobs and interim housing to support the main renovation project. Ausonio’s most important role in this project was a Construction Manager acting as the Owner’s Representative and protecting the City’s best interest from design through completion of construction .
